First Period After Baby...

How bad was it for you ladies?
Just curious if mine is normal or not..
And how long after you had your baby and how long did it last?

pshh i havent had mine yet & im almost 4 months pp ... I breastfed for almost 2 months and i'm on b/c... so I hope i'm not preggo lol. I did test 3 times last week and were neg. but I'm still scared that I probably tested too early or something haha

Just had mine and it was FREEKIN horrible!! I thought I was gonna bleed to death or something and the cramps were like damn contractions! I was 7 1/2 weeks out and it was 10 days!

hes only 7 weeks and im BF and I already have it
atleast i hope thats what it is..
thats why im worried lol

I am EBF, got my first period at 4 month PP, and while I had some cramps, I can honestly say I had worse periods before I got pregnant (heavier bleeding and extreme cramps). Lasted about 6-7 days.
Not sure if my periods will be worse once I stop breastfeeding or not O_o I am expecting my second period next Tuesday, provided my cycle is actually back on a real schedule.

That sounds about like me then lol
Except no cramping
But my dr told me i need to go to the ER
But a lot of people are saying that their first is worse..
and im not cramping
or have a ton of blood clots

some but not tooo many
But Ive filled like 3 pads in almost 3 hours
So I was scared... especially bc she told me that lol
But then again she told me to go to the ER for an earache
bc it might be a tumor
I think I have a negative DR lol

With 3 pads in 3 hours, I would go get checked out, just in case hun! That sounds extreme to me.

I went thru like 2-3 pads an hour for almost 2 days, it would just gush without warning. Come to find out I probly shoulda went to the E.R. cuz I was bleeding a little too heavy and it dropped my hemaglobin(iron) by quite a bit and now im back on the niferex pills. I had a blood clot stuck in my cervix that was letting me bleed too fast(TMI I know). Its up to you mama, E.R. might not be a bad idea?

The only thing that everyones told me so far is that I may become anemic again bc Im bleeding s omuch

They are saying that most are like that
Im gonna see how it is after tonight
This is the first day that its been this bad
Its been3 days so far..
They used ton only last 4 days... guess thats not happening anymore  

mine came a month after I had my son and it wasnt that bad.The cramps I had before I got pregnant and had my son was shitty lol. The cramps now arent bad at all I couldnt feel the cramps at all lol but it only lasted I believe 4days which is normal for me since my periods always lasted that long lol

ok, so I'm almost 7weeks postpartum and yesterday I thought I had started my period cause when I wiped, there was blood.  But then that was it??!?!  Nothing the rest of the day and nothing today.  I'm getting the nasty clear discharge, and the headaches, and some tummy cramps...but that's it.  Could it be too early for me to start again?  Or is it normal to just spot for your first time??  Could it also trigger my anxiety to highten because of the hormone changes??
