I am 30 weeks pregnant home alone and I am feeling horrible cramps. Is this normal? Should I be worried!! PLEASE HELP!!

some women cramp all the time and some don't. if its not normal for you drink a glass of water and take tylenol. if after 30 min that doesnt work call your dr.

i've had them too but it's BH so lay down, eat something , and drink water. See what happens
