anxiety....

so i am 36 weeks pregnant with my second baby and i have started having really bad panic attacks about something happening with the baby. im worried about a cord accident or something else that i wont be able to control. I dont know what to do...i didnt feel this way when i was pregnant with my son and when i brought it up to my dr he said that i was over reacting and pretty much just shrugged it off. What can i do to help ease the anxiety?

i had one last week on an airplane! it was lovely... everyone stare at the prego that cant breathe and thinks shes about to die! i was on xanax 4 times a day before i got pregnant. i had to take half of one on the plane. but i was still freaking out. im back on paxil 10 mg but your so close to your due date that your dr may not let you. but it has definately helped my anxiety

that sucks!!...and i really dont like to fly either! so i feel really bad for you! but i never had any kind of anxiety or panic attacks before i was pregnant ive just started getting them recently because im terrified something is going to happen to her before shes born!
