MY SHOWER IS THE 30TH OF THIS MONTH. MY SISTER IS THROWING IT FOR ME AT MY HOUSE AND SHE IS MAKING EVERYTHING. HERE IS THE LIST....POLENTA WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE, PESTO PASTA , SPINACH SALAD, FRUIT SALAD, BREAD, LOTS OF DIFFERENT CHEESES, BABY SHRIMP COCKTAIL OVER CHILLED ICE, SPARKLING ASTI SPUMANTI, RED WINE, SPARKLING APPLE CIDER, WATER, DELICIOUS CAKE AND CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES...
WE ARE ITALIAN SO WE LOVE OUR WINE...

Im not sure what im having at my baby shower. My mom will be making most of it, i trust her with the cooking because she is a really good cook and its her job anyway so shes use to it lol
I think she is making the main dish, Ziti with meatballs and melted cheese over it. My family is suppose to bring their own dishes too.
I also asked to have Cheesecake, Banana Cream Pie, Brownies, and Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies =P
My baby shower is September 6th, I cant wait!

Omg. I just canNOT get over the phrase "chilled ice." It's sticking in my head and making me laugh and be annoyed all at once. =\

Well it will be chilled... I don't usually use the term, it just came to me...I mean when I eat those little shrimp I like them to be cold...If they are going to be out during a party you should keep them cold.

I mean the term "chilled ice." Ice is frozen. It's kind of silly to say it will be chilled, because it should be a given. It's like saying "the hot fire burned me." Fire is hot, therefore you do not need to point that fact out... Nevermind. I'm just a nut. e_e
