I have the Medelo Swing pump and pumping may not have hurt some of you, but it can hurt others with larger nipples or tender skin. My only suggestion to you KaydensMomma is to rub a little breast milk on your nipples when you are done pumping to avoid any infections or buy that oinment they have made especially forBF/Pumping mothers.
