Discipline Options

I'm at my witts end with Mya. She's normally really good with just being told "no" and listening, so good that I rarely even HAVE to tell her "no" because she knows better. Lately, she's been pushing it and pushing it. You tell her "no" and she ignores you, you give her a light slap on the wrist after a prolonging period of her doing the same thing over and over, nothing. Time out, nothing. Being in the corner, nothing. I have no idea what else to do! Any help?

Nic is grounded right now (I know, a one year old grounded?! He doesn't understand it...) but most of his toys are taken away.
Spank her tushy?
I'm always taking Nic away from what he's doing if he shouldn't be doing what he knows he shouldn't. Picking him up and holding onto him or taking him into a different room. Could try that.....
