update so for the last 7 and a half hrs I have had contractions that were less than a minute apart with no dialation cant stop them because of my heart and they wouldnt induce because I am 37 weeks so They kept telling me that there is no way I was contracting that much and not going to dialate more so finally I just dialated to like a 3 and got my epi!!!! my first pain free time in so long!!!!! So I am definately in labor and will post my whole labor story later!!!!! thank you guys you were right!!!!
