Quick question

Once again, as always...I have another question for you girls. I'm almost 6 weeks PP lately I've been getting extremely light headed. My diet is good, I drink enough water a day, and at first I thought it wasn't that bad until yesterday when I slowly stood up (fine at first) and was walking inside and all of the sudden the light headed feeling came on so strong that I was stumbling (sp?) around in circles several times just to make sure I didn't fall over. My ankles and feet just felt like they gave out I guess. Has this happened to any of you girls before?

do you breastfeed? My doc told me with my first that can make you light head esp after a feeding or pumping

My doctor said to try having small portions of protein throughout the day and that would help. I bought some protein bars to get more into my diet. Good luck!

you may also want to start checking you blood pressure! it could be low causing you to be ligth headed!

Nope, not breastfeeding anymore. Rowan used me as a human pacifier. And my pump is a manual one and a piece of crap, so I don't use that anymore either.
