Babies activity day of birth...

What was your babies activity prior to birth?

no movement whatsoever.
i had extreme lower back/crotch pain and felt constipated.

my baby girl moved more then she had ever moved....but i think it was because i was having a c-section the next day and she could feel that i was scared and anxius (sp?).

Baby's movement is supposed to slow down a bunch right before labor, and like the day of. When they're ready to be born, they're decending, and getting ready to come out, when they're head starts moving down, there's less opportunity for squirming and playing around.

My daughter moved tha' WHOLE day she would not stay still. 'Nd you could see her from tha' outside of my shirt. Everyone that waited so long to feel her finally got to feel her that day. But not to long after that she was out!!

mine's at a station -1, and she'snot movednearly as muchover the last 3 days.

Yeaa.. my water brokethat night,I was 37 weeks. It was exciting b'kuz everyone would put there hands on my stomach but she wouldn't move but that day she would just move all day long so they got really happy. =]

my daughter moved much less for about a week and a half before i went onto labor, but remained consistently slower right up until labor, didn't stop moving completely nor did she get a burst of movement before labor began.

my son moves constantly untill a few hrs before he was born i didnt feel him at all
