As of right now I would wait I was in the similar situation my baby did not want us to know and the ultrasound tech said it was a boy but I did not feel positive. I waited though till I was 28 weeks exactly to get my 3D/4D done which is when she told me would be best and I got a great look rather than an alien. Good luck mommy!
