That makes me think a lot of my daughter, as if peeing in her pants will make her not in trouble anymore because I'll have to clean the mess, LOL

O_O

Actually my daughter doesn't have toys in time out, she gets up & goes to get toys.
I am just asking for advice here, not for people to belittle my parenting skills.
Thanks.

My daughter used to behave like this all the time, getting up from time out and not listening, she never peed on the floor though lol. Since I have doen the reward thing though she is like a new kid, it took a little while for her to get used to it and not start her tantrums the second she wasn't going her way but I just kept reminding her like "Kaylee when you eat all your dinner I am going to give you a star, now what color would you like? Where should we put it on the chart?" stuff like that, then she gets excited about that and eats her food or whatever I want her to do. It used to be like "if you don't eat your food right now you are going in the corner" then the food would nd up on the floor and I start yelling and it wasn't pretty. I know it sounds weird but it really has worked for me. We have a much better relationship, she is always looking for good things to do now so she can get prizes instead of looking for bad things to do to piss me off. She does alot of work around the house now. She folds most of the laundry (we play clothes store I drop off the basket and then come back with CEC coins to "buy" my folded clothes" she dries the dishes and puts them away, sets the table, cleans the table, puts away her toys, and most of the time all it costs me is a shiny foil star sticker I bought a million of for a $ at the dollar store and I just stick them on a piece of pink paper on the fridge that I drew ten circles on and she picks what color and which circle they go in. It is so much easier cause I am not always pissed at her and we have fun together, seriously try it I hope it works for you too, stick with it cause it takes a little bit before they change how they react to things. I used to say I was going to just cut a hole in my daughters bedroom door to shove food through cause she was in their so much now she hasn't been in the corner and a month. Just talk positive

WTF
Well you are just so darn wonderful!!!!
kids will have terrible twos and if your kids didnt then YEAH YOU, you have no right to belittle anyone on their parenting skill. If your kids stand with their nose in the corner when you tell them then maybe they are scared of you, ever thought of that!!!!!!
