Is anyone else or has been a CS Rep and always getting people hanging up on them?? I worked at the help desk for United Airlines. I will put the person on hold to go ask a lead a question that I have about that particular users problem. I come back and that person has hungup on me. I won't have them on hold for very long either!! GRRR....it is so aggravating sometimes. I will not call someone back that has hungup on me, but if I hangup on them by accident I will call them back!! I have to verify the phone also, and half the time the phone that they say is right is not!!! Oh joy the fun of be a CS Rep!!!
