ppppfffffff thats not fair!! i want jacuzzi baths!!!
lol the most exciting thing in our hospital room is the tv and dvd player. dad has a chair that pulls out into a cot....woot.....

i really wantedto deliever at my fil's hospital, it has nice jacuzzi baths-not in each room, just a couple main ones-and they have this awesome menu made specifically for new moms with thingslike milkshakes and REAL food, and a really comforable room with a bed for dad and again a tv and dvd player (thisexcites me because the hosiptal where i delieved myson has absoultely nothing). BUUUT my inlaws live 8 hrs away and it was just toomuch for me to go up there every week for drs appointments n such. so i passed it up *dammit*lol

i loved the hospital we delivered our first at and now the new Presby has renovated their maternity center like last year so it also has the larger rooms, surround sound for movies, cd, mp3 players and wireless!! bed for dad and recliner/bed but yes my favorite is the jacuzzi tub!!! 24 hour room service(lo) the whole time you are there, that is what Im talking about!! and the food is actually really good

My hospital has those things. The massages arent free but they have a full spa in there. You can get a mani and pedi. But they have the jacuzzi tubs, dvd players in every room, labor rooms and post partum rooms. I have yet to get to use the tubs to labor in but hope to this time.

that sounds nice but i hate to be a party pooper but after having my 9 1/2 pound baby and his shoulders getting stuck a pedicure was the last thing on my mind. I couldnt even get up out of the freakin bed. My rooms were nice looking but my son had to go to the nicu at a hospital over 2 hours away and it was depressing and i was alone and watched oprah all day and night.

Wow...I thought our hospital was nice, but dang!!! We have very large private rooms where you labor, deliver, and spend all pp time so you don't have to be moved, which I like and there's also plenty of room for lots of visitors. We have a private bathroom, but no jacuzzi tubs  , That's what I really want is a jacuzzi tub. We have a tv, dvd, vcr and we have a snack room that daddy can go run and get mommy ice chips, sandwiches, fruit, juice, soda (all but ice chips until after delivery of course). The hospital food they bring you sucks. I want milkshakes and real food  !!! Oh yeah, no bed for dad...just the chair that pulls into a cot, but the staff is great and it's not bad overall.
