Breast pump question..

What brand breast pump have you ladies used that you didn't have a hard time using and which ones not to use?? I want to put one on my registry but obviously have never had to do it before so I need your opinions please!!!

I used the evenflo pump last time and it "sucked". Im going to pay attention to what everyone elsesuggests!

i have a gerber hand pump and it is fantastic i got it from wal mart sooo easy to use ohh and its cheap

The one I got was expensive but I got it cuz I had to go back to work at 7 wks pp and only had 45 min at lunch to pump so I needed something really good, fast, and quiet. I got an ameda double electric pump and found that it worked very well. I also like that the tubes were hypoallergenic as the milk never actually went thru them. I think after buying the delux kit that went with the pump, an extra set of phlanges and tubing (I think that's what the cups are called), a milk organizer and 20 bottles, plus shipping to canada came to about 425$

I had a first years double pump and loved it! Double pumps are the way to go cause when you start on one boobie the milk flows out of the other one as well...saves time

I'm a big fan of lansinoh products. Don't skimp on the breastfeeding supplies, it will cost you more in the long-term.
As far as the best breast pump! MEDELA is the winner!

I can't wait to breastfeed again! Those were the most rewarding days. My daughter took one bottle of formula her whole life and has never had ear infections, which I was plagued with as a child.

I hated mine.. and it died shortly after I started using it..
