3 day potty training

It is super early. But I am researching potty training. I plan to start potty training Bryer around 14-15 months.
I've heard a lot of good things about the 3 day method. Has anyone hear used it? Any advice?

personally I heard 15 months is to early, Because I wanted to start then as well. My doc said 2 is the best and they will show you they are ready.

14-15 months is way too soon.....even that link seid 22 months...still a little early for the average kid, but 14 is just nuts. sorry to be a downer. i think the average is alittle over 2 years. some kids are just not ready as soon as parents are, leads to ALOT of accdents. but good luck.

My friend did the 3 day and had great success with it, but her son was MUCH older than 14-15 months. If you want a good outcome, I think I would wait until he's a bit older and can show you that they want to and are ready to!

Maybe you guys are right. And no, you aren't being a downer. My mom potty trained all of my brothers and me starting at that age. But, I know it took her longer than 3 days.
She started with switching from regular diapers to cloth. Maybe I'll try that. She said we hated the cloth diapers because they felt wet, so we potty trained quick.

A friend of mines baby girl was done with potty training by 19 months Iam just now starting my son(16almost 17 months old)beacuse he is showing that hes ready but i just have no idea what iam doing when it comes to potty training but i think it all depends on the child. I wacthed a thing on the baby channle about moms who have the 3 months old using the potty and thats just crazy to me seems like alot work to look at ur kid every second of the day to see if he/she needs to pee/poop but they showed the moms hold there babys over the potty chair going to the bath room soo who knows still seems imposible...

I don't know, I am almost desperate for ideas to train Katelyn, but the testamonials on that site sound a little scary. They actually call it potty training boot camp! Yikes. It looks like she just wants you to put them in underwear and they'll figure it out! Some kids are ready to train earlier than others....Katelyn showed a lot of interest in the potty at 14 months, but she still can't tell me before she has to go, she always tells me after. She's 27 months right now.

14-15 months is NOT too early if Bryer shows you he is ready. By 13 months i was only wearing diapers at night even though i could hardly speak lol.

My niece was completely out of diapers by 16 months and my SIL started potty training her at around a year. I am not a huge fan of the 3 day method because I think it is better to do it gradually so they are more comfortable.

On the other hand trying when he is not ready can make him afraid to go.

Im a SAHM and my son just turned 16months. I have been letting him get on the potty since the weekend. He went 2ce one day. And hasnt since. But he is still having potty time on the big boy potty. He seems to like it. Im not pushing ne thing tho. I really just want him to get use to it/know its there and what its for.
