There should be someone else that you can talk to besides your regular doc. I know that if you are having an outbreak, you cannot deliver vaginally

good luck !

its ok, lots of women get HPV. there are a LOT of diff forms of it from what ive been told ...

so depending on what kind you have, it may not affect your delivery.

i know youre trying to get ahold of your dr & i know youre nervous & want an answer now, but that really would be the best answer = whatever the dr says...

b/c we wouldnt know what type/strain of hpv you have .... but im not a dr so who knows lol ...

im sure your dr will call you back soon : )

i had an hpv outbreak about 2 years ago so i did some research bout that along with vaginal delivery from what i gather if you are at an outbreak you cant deliver vaginally because the baby may get infected so the doc will opt for c-section here are some links
Very rarely, a pregnant woman with genital HPV can pass HPV to her baby during vaginal delivery. In these cases, the child may develop warts in the throat or voice box – a condition called recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP). http://209.85.141.104/search?q=cache:deKEGyJDRcsJ:www.cdc.gov/STD/HPV/STDFact-HPV.htm+vaginal+deliveries+with+hpv&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=us
good luck!!! i would try to see if another doc could take a look for you!!!

Do talk to someone. Most clinics have an "on-call" nurse or doc 24-7 that will be able to give you some insight. Some discharge is absolutely normal during pregnancy and may not indicate an outbreak.

Just wanted to let you know that it doesnt affect a vaginal delivery... it's not the infection that affects the delivery, it's the size of the warts, if they block the cervical opening too much then they have to go in for a c section.

Hope this helps
