My ass! lol

posted 19th Aug
I used to have a nicer ass, and pregnancy took it away from me. It's my fault for not really exercising.  . Anyone know how to get it back?

walk, walk, walk. I used to have a great ass, then I had 4 kids. Finally I'm starting to get it back down to where it used to be. I walk all the time though. I am just now starting to jog again. Good luck. Hope everything goes back to normal for you.

Do squats. Like the ones where you walk..but with one knee down each time. Just do it a few times back and forth in a room everyday..and im sure that ass your missing will be back soon lol.

You can get on all 4s and do leg lifts
one leg at a time
lift and hold for like 2 seconds
to the sidethen to the ground,
and to the back, then to the ground
you'll feel it all the way from you butt to your knee...
Works great
I will usually do reps of 12 on each leg for 3 reps in total.

hope that makes sence...
Lunges also do great
but my knees are kinnda bad so it is harder for me to do them.
