decreased movement

Ok, I know that they say as you get further along the baby has less room to move, so you don't feel it as much. When did this normally start happening for you ladies? I am a little over 32 weeks, and I can still feel her somewhat, but not nearly as much as I used to. I am not too worried, just making sure that is what this is.

Yep that is what it is. I started around that same time with both of my girls.

My baby has slow days occasionally where he doesn't move as much, it really worries me sometimes, but then i'll be trying to go to sleep and he'll remind me he's there or the whole next day he will go crazy!

Don't want to scare ya... but when that happened to me at 34 weeks I had to give birth through emergency C-section .. I had no amniotic fluid.
All I can say.. just call your doc.."just in case" BUT like you said the farther you are the less room they have... hope all is well with you and baby!!

my daughter is starting to move less now =\ Im 37 wks right now.

I never had decreased movement really, just a change in movement. Instead of punches and kicks, it turned to rolls and stretches. It was waaaay more painful too lol.

my little girl was like that for a few day's , but she was very active today ..

If you think the lack of movement is bad now... just wait til you get farther along!!! I'm 37w 3d and my little one barely moves at all - he's out of room!!!!

Did the babys heartbeat change or anything or did you know you were leaking? I wanted my doctor to check by doing another ultrasound or something on the days he was not moving very much and she wouldn't

Drink some OJ, lay on your left side, and do a kick count. If you dont feel baby kick call your DR, asap!!
Not to scare you either, but I lost my daughter at 34 weeks, I didnt feel her "kick" I felt her move, not kick.

I'm 39 weeks (in an hour and 10 minutes lol) and she has not stopped moving... she may even move more now, but like mamacj said its a change in movement, she rolls and jabs and it hurts ALOT more.

thats where Im at.. all the painful stretches and rolls. she even gets the hiccups. I woke up to them this morning

Well I was going to deliver prematurely anyways I had high blood pressure and low amniotic fluid since week 24.....but everything was overall ok...at week 34 I was wierded out cuz my son was VERY active before then that day nothing at all..or very little... and in my case it turned out I had to deliver ASAP!! I hope it's not your case or the OPs. . Many women do get decreased fetal movement when farther along...

Unless the baby hasn't moved one bit, then call your dr. immediately. But if you feel little bit of movement, even little teeny flutters, your baby should be fine.

i've noticed him not moving as much like last week or so......so around 36-37 weeks for me
