They have super cute stuff, and their customer service is out of this world. I found the perfect bedding for my daughters' room there, and requested gift certificates.
Well, I've had some trouble redeeming the gift certificatesthrough paypal, and Serena, the owners daughter, has helped me SO much. When she noticed I had cancelled an order, I received an email saying how they value their customers, and if there was anything she could do to help tojust ask. She also gave me a 15% discount to keep my business. So I told her the issue, and she spent an hour on the phone with Paypal trying to help me figure out how to redeem the certificates. Then called and walked me through it on the phone.
There's actually more to the story, but I'll stop there. Needless to say we're definitely working out a few kinks w/ paypal and I'm the guinea pig. But I seriously have NEVER seen customer service like this. They've truly gone above and beyond the call of service to help me.
