Why Aren't You Friends?

I'm bored if you can't tell...but anyway...! I was just watching the Hills drama special on MTV and of course most of it was the drama between Lauren and Heidi. Anyway, I think it kinda sucks when best friends are no longer friends for some reason or another. Me and one of my really good friends recently stopped being friends and I honestly don't even know why! Why aren't you and one of your best friends no longer friends?

Hm, rumors she spread around when I was 3 months pregnant. Though she denies saying them, I know her and another not-so-good friend said them. We still talk, because we're family, but I don't think you could really call us "friends" anymore.

Most of the people that I used to be friends with love partying, smoking weed, and not being in committed relationships. Not that I have a problem with any of this, because I don't, that was me a few years ago, but we just kinda drifted apart, they don't like hanging out with married pregnant chicks  

My best friend and I are no longer close ever since I got pregnant. Idk why really, I guess I'm no fun if I can't go to the parties and smoke hookah and such.  

he told people i didnt know who my babys father was, and i had slept with like34856387456943958 people ... 

That's why I kinda think my friend and I drifted apart. We are just a different points in life I guess. She's kinda young minded...loves to party...from boy to boy, and I'm just not like that. I'm focused on getting my degree, marrying my high school sweetheart, and having a family...just different different people

Me & my first best friend [someone that I've known my whole life] are not best friends anymore because she didn't like my other best friend, & got mad because I was hanging out with her a lot. Now she's trying to talk to me again, but I'm reluctant to do so because of how she acted.

My other best friend is still my best friend, but we're growing apart because I have a family now & she is nowhere near that, so we have different interests.

I was just watching that too, can't wait for the new episode tonight! lol

anyone i have ever been best friends with usually drifts away at some point. think its natural and usually has something to do with the different places we are in. It does make me sad though. especially since ive been prego no one really calls me. I need them the most and they are bored with me. oh well. im sensing a new phase and a new best friend in the future. maybe she will have a kid too.  

I moved to Kentucky and we grew apart. By the time I came back, we both had new sets of friends. We don't talk anymore. No hard feelings though. She'll always be my childhood best friend.

Oh man this made me so sad.

Me and my bestfriend just recently stopped talking. We got in an argument and we are both to proud to say we are sorry.

I really miss her. Now I'm thinking about it.

My best friend Kristina and I aren't friends with our #3 (let's call her K)anymore because all she ever wanted to do was go out and get wasted... while WE were getting married, started our lives... and all her friends are basically drunk, druggy, trash who have WAY too much drama in their lives... oh, andK's bf (now husband ) tries to sleep with all of her friends and even hit on me after I was dating and living with my now husband. Both my hubby and my best friend's HATE that guy and will NOT let us near him... which is fine with us...

Well, she came in between a light argument my husband and I we're having, tried to play the "everything is my business" game and when my hubs went outside she turned into major bitch, threatened me, tried to say she was going to " take my husband from me or turn him against me " so needless to say, POOF begone! She continues to create drama because she is dating my husbands best friends. My husband had to eventually tell her to stfu and said "No wonder my wife stopped being friends with you years ago, thank God she got a restraining order." ( I forgave her for what she did to me 3 years back.. was dumb enough to let her live in my house TWICE after I forgave her. Stupid me. ) How does the saying go ? fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me? Well fool me three times.. man am I ever dumb lol

I'm not really friends with any of my old friends anymore...
I'll talk to them in passing, but that is it.. Everytime I see them, they are high from pot, acid, mushrooms or E, and they ask "you wanna buy some shrooms man?"
It's something that annoys me, just because I don't understand why they don't understand.... But on the other hand, I'm okay with it because they are at a different part of their life then me... And then on my magical THIRD hand, it makes me sad because some of them are around 8 years older than me, and they are still hanging out with the 17 year olds getting high every night, and I wish they could find what makes them happy....

My best friend from high school, lives in a different city now... We do talk, but it's not the same.
BUT, we go through all the same phases at the same time, without even talking ...
