Wanting to be prepared (question)

How many of you have had your baby at 34 weeks and everything be o.k.? Or did they have to stay in the NICU? I'm asking because I'm scared that my baby might arrive earlier than expected and I was wanting to go ahead and be prepared just in case. Thanks.

My son was born at 35 weeks and spent two weeks in the NICU my daughter was born at 36 weeks and well she was fine and came home with me so things happen. It really depends on the baby and weither or not its lungs are mature enough to handle the outside world.
