Big girls room makeover

were saving up to re do our 4 1/2 yr old daughters bedroom her taste has changed since we re done it 2 1/2 yrs ago she hates pink and most of the stuff we did was pink/purple. we dont want to do anything with characters we want somthing that will grow with her untill she is old enough to re do it herself again with her own choices. does anyone have any pictures or ideas advice etc? she has a farley large room.

My daughter is 7 and she is already done with the disney princess thing. We just redid her room from disney princess that I did 1 1/2 years ago. We painted it pink and got some butterfly and flowercutout muralsa big glittery flower painting and a bad canopy that has a bean bag under it for reading.

Maybe paint it blue or a bright color and get some cloud murals or flowers. Something that alot of things can go with

thats what we had it done with now n she doesnt even like them anymore she says she HATES PINK

we did our kids rooms with stuff from pottery barn. Some of the quilts are very colorful so you can change the wall color over and over and still match the bedding. we also chose to use wallies as decorations for the walls since they can be replaced really easy. Last thing we did is put up floating shelves so as they grow they can just change what's on the shelf to match what they're into.

My daughter's room is still pink, but before that it was pale blue with a clear coat of pink glitter paint and clouds. My son's room is the ocean with lighthouses and birds and stuff.
