6 weeks and bleeding

im roughly about 6 weeks pregnant and for the past few days av been passing this brown stuff when i go to the toilet....nice...anyway yesterday when i went to the toilet this bloody mucus stuff came away but no pain other than the ususal feeling of im gonna come on my period.
ive had nothing since and am now bk to the brown stuff.
ive got an early scan on wed but am not filled with hope. has anyone else ever had this b4?

I did but i had a pollup on my cervix that was causing the bleeding. Luckily it didi not effect my pregnancy, and was non-cancerous. So you never know until you go get checked out what it could be. Try to stay calm and best of luck!

at around 5 and a half weeks, I had brown spotting and they told me it was "old blood" but then it turned bright red so i went to the er, and everything checked out okay. the er doctor told me some women just bleed in early pregnancy. but it doesnt hurt to go get checked out and have your hcg levels tested... good luck!

I had bleeding at 10 weeks....
It was coming from behind the placenta...the MOST common cause of bleeding in the first trimester....

i had some spotting in early pregnancy (4-6 wks)...usually if it's something to really worry about, it's accompanied with pain....but just to be on the safe side and rule out a few things, you should contact your doctor and have them see you asap. some women just spot during pregnancy.

i did and to be honest he wasnt really that helpful. my midwife has been great tho so fingers crossed
