No, they kept giving us the run around, we would call for the test results and they would make up excuse after excuse "the doctors at lunch" "shes with someone" "the computers are shut down" "we're about to close" and we even got hung up on a few times. We went into the office today to get them read and were ask to go home and wait for a phone call and asked to leave, so we went straight to the hospital lab and got her medical record.

Well it's possible that she is one of those women whose HCG levels stay really low. If she were to be preggo, how far would she be according to her lmp? And it's really horrible to think this but it's possible that she had a chemical pregnancy. I had one where the hpt (2) came up positive but when I went to the docs my levels had went down so much that it was negative.

Can she go to a different doctor?

I wouldn't stick with that dr.
Worst case she can wait a week, go back and redo the blood test or something.

It's weird that the OFFICE is like that, though. That's weird. So it's not just the dr being a douche, but his whole team.

I'm leaning towards her being not pregnant, but that's fairly cryptic with just the <2 thing.

try taking the test results to another doctor, or try looking it up online like WEBMD or something

I googled HCG <2 and it say that anything under 5 is considered a negative by most labs?

I dont understand why this doctor wont give you the results. It would only take him 2 seconds to say yes she is or no she isnt.

I know, I don't understand it either, and they know I don't understand it, they had it screamed in their face and ear haha.
