Crawling? How long...

How long did it take your baby to start crawling after they started "rocking?"

Edan started rocking at about 6 months. He's now 7 months and 1 week-ish. He is still rocking. He hasn't figured it that he has to move his arms as well as his legs to get going. I've tried motivating him with toys. He gets SO frustrated that he almost hates tummy time now because he gets so mad that he can't go anywhere. Then I have to pick him up and calm him down.

I'm in no rush for him to start crawling, but I hate seeing him so frustrated.

He will literally get it in a day!

Brycen rocked for about a month & one day my friend was over with her 4 y/o daughter. The kids were playing on the floor and when I looked down, Brycen was all the way over to my friend's pant leg! It's been ever since then that he crawled.
That was at 6 months & 6 days old.

Kaiden didn't start actually doing more than a "army crawl" till he was almost 7 months old. (6 months and 22 days to be exact lol) but he started walking not too long after that. he was 9 months old when he walked! every baby is different! My son was just stubborn as HELL lol Once he ws able to sit up he wouldn't let the back of his head touch anything lol he'd force himself up lol then when he could roll he was ALL OVER the place.. wasn't good enough so then came the crawling.. then a few weeks later he was pulling himself up to things and he took off from there! now he's 13 months old and pushing things up to my door to go play outside with his big sisters lol {he obviously can't get it open yet.. but it's just a mattter of time! lol}

once he gets it... you will NTO be able to stop him!! I'M TELLIN YOU it will be soon I'm sure and when he gets it BABY PROOF EVERYTHING cause he'll thirst for more {like most babies do!} and will be pulling himself up to stuff before you know it!!
