How are some ways to help induce labour?

I have been trying to figure this out for myself too sweety!! LOL. So far nothing has worked for me..... I am still waiting on my little guy to arrive... if you figure it out please let me know!  

my doc told me sex cause his stuff will make your uterus contract gross i know but true

Nothing induces labour. All these tales about how Walking, Sex, Bumpy car Rides, etc are just trying to get you out of the house in your last weeks of pregnancy so that you stay active.. It happens when it's going to happen, and if that baby doesnt want to come out. S/he wont.

well, from what I've learned, not castor oil!!
i've heard to drink raspberry tea, walk, have sex, nipple stimulation, eating spicy food or pineapple...

ive also heard cuddling a baby helps... not sure how but!!

Agreed. Baby comes when baby is ready to come.
