ok..please..excuse..my..typing..my..space..key..is..broken!..Anyway..where..i..live..there..is..a..really..high..rate..of..teens..dying..in..car..crashes..ive..even..lost..3..people..i..knew..in..the..past..2..years..so..it..got..me..to..thinking..should..i..make..a..will?..not..saying..anything..will..happen..to..me..but..in..case..it..ever..did..i..wanna..make..sure..my..son..and..any..future..kids..are..taken..care..of.....do..any..of..you..have..a..will?

Having a will is a very good idea if you have children.... otherwise the state can take 10% of your assets once you pass before giving the rest to your child. At least, that's what I was told. Also, in some states they will take your child into foster care until they validate the nearest family member to give the child to.

It's a good idea to make a will.. they have the kits to do so at Walmart. Make sure you tell a family member that you have a will, so that if you die, they know to look for it.

You're welcome! I think it was like $15.... but I'm not positive.It was in near the stationary stuff...like envelopes.

Personally, I woudn't buy a kit at walmart, and I'd def. look over anything you decide with a lawyer. You never know what could happen, and you want to make sure your will is as iron clad as possible.

She would just have to get it notorized, which I'm sure the kit would tell her. It's not like going to a lawyer, but it's better than nothing.
