Oh the pains of pregnancy... help

So I have this aweful pain in my hips, I can't even lay down in bed without hurting. I tried laying on my left side, right side and back... nothing helps! I talked to my midwife last month about it (it wasn't as bad then though) well, she told me about two exercises that I could do to help (the pelvic rock and the modified knee-chest) she also showed me this thing where I lay flat on the bed and I am supposed to put my leg against Timmy's chest and push. Nothing helps. I can't sleep at night because it hurts so bad. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, anything to help me sleep better please!

i have the same awful pain
i get a pillow fold it in half and put it between my knees its the only thing that takes the edge off so i can sleep. Have some tylenol too

Yea, I sleep with a pillow between my knees every night and it still doesn't help...  Thank you though!

It sounds like round ligament pain. When I had it, all I could do was lie still, poke my lip out, and pout.  
It comes and goes, but eventually goes away completely.
