My mom got me a razor when I was 10.. So not long after starting my period.

My goodness! I can't believe all the girls who started their periods so young!! After reading these posts and the other threads, I feel blessed that I didn't start until I was almost 14!!!!

I started at 11 july 16th to be exact, the only reason I remember is because that was the day my nephew was born! Lol the crazy things. Yep momma it won't be long, just wait till she starts dating than you will really feel bad!

my mom wouldn't let me shave so i did it anyway. i think i was like twelve. but now i never shave. i went to an all girls high school and nobody shaved. some girls had contests who could have the hairiest legs, or they'd shave one leg and not the other...haha.

and last month i was at the beach and my best friend renee said my legs were so disgusting, when we got home she put nair on them cause i said i didn't care what they looked like. lmao, i'm such a lazy scum..

I remember I got sick as a dog. I couldn't get out of bed for 3 days! I heard my mom talking to gramma on the phone and I heard her say "Yeah, I figure that's what it is"...but I don't remember what she said to me when I asked. When she took me to the doctor, he told her I was likely going to start my period shortly, and Voila! There it was 2 days later! It kinda scared me at first, even though I knew to expect it.
And my daughter is already noticing "cute" boys, lol. It's so scary! I'm glad I only have one girl, lol!!!

well for me i played soccer and my shinguards and socks coverd below the knee and i rolled my shorts at the top because i hate long short or the crotch at my knees so you saw my thigh and i just wanted to shave it bacuse it made it seem like i didnt shave my legs yet. not because i was expecting company.
