re: Due Date April 4th 2009

I'm still waiting for my tests back from the Dr. (gotta love the country life.. wait for everything lol) but i'll keep you posted on how my first visit goes. No new symptoms but I had to go home sick from work the other night cos i couldn't get my nausea under control lol. Work has been pretty understanding with all the extra potty visits and the gaging and what not. How's everyone else doing?

I'm due April 4th with baby number 4. I'm SOOO nauseated, thank GOD I haven't gotten sick. I find that if I force myself to eat, I'm not as sick. The ONLY food adversion I had with my past 3 pregnancies was to bacon with baby number 2, but now I find that there are more things that nauseate me than I ever thought possible. BK, Italian Food, Cottage Cheese and Bologna (my son's FAVORITE food) it's driving me crazy.

I had my first doc appt this week. They seemed overly concerned about my last baby being so big and on the ultrasound order they put size > edd. YEIKS!!! Not only that but I already had to take my glucose test, and I've never had Gestational Diabetes before. I'm SOOO nervous now and I have to wait until Sept. 12th for my ultrasound and next appt. Has anyone else had to do a glucose test yet?

I'm in week 5 now and haven't had any major symptoms other than indigestion right before bed. I've had a few bad headaches here and there, but what worries me is that I haven't had any soreness with my breasts. Do you all have sore breasts already?? I'm worried. I have my appointment this Friday thank God cause I can't wait anymore to find out how the baby is doing. I miscarried April 29th, so now I'm really nervous.

Thanks for your help! Glad to know thatI am not alone in this! Sweetz2 you are not alone I have not had the sore breast either, but have notice they are getting bigger. It seem like that happened over night! I am already top heavy so this will be real interesting! My first appointment is on the 27th can anyone tell me what to expect?
Momma don't stress they are only concerned becausebirth size increases with each child. The bigger the baby the greater your chances for gestational diabetes. Relax!!! It's just a precaution.

Thanks Godsgirljenni! I'm a little bit more at ease. I guess I won't be truly happy until I'm walking around with sore breasts and praying to the porcelain throne!! I didn't get any morning sickness with my first pregnancy...only really bad heart burn and indigestion...even drinking water would aggravate my stomch. I did notice that I'm starting to pick up every smell and even distort them. I couldn't stand the smell of my husband the other night cause he smelled like beer...and neither one of us drinks!

I'm due around the same time as you-this is my 4th! But--it's been almost 10 years since I've had my last one and so this feels like the first time all over again. I've been more sick with this one then I was with all 3 of my others. I started with a hunger that I had never felt before- it felt like if I didn't eat my insides were gonna fall out! But then at the same time- I was incredibly nauseated too! I've about had it with crackers! I have to nibble on little things all day long and fight through the nausea to eat them. Then I find I feel better. Also-I've had the most horrible urge to gag -like all the time. The last two days I've found it getting a little bit better so hopefully it's gonna stop soon. I'm feeling your pain girls! Hang in there-it's all worth it in the end!  

MY DUE DATE IS APRIL 4, 2009.
I GET MORNING SICKNESS BUT IM NOT THROWING UP ANYMORE, ONLY IF I EAT SOMETHING THAT DOESNT AGREE WITH ME. BUT BESIDES THAT IM JUST EXTREMELY TIRED AND WANT TO EAT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT. OTHER THAN THAT IM STARTING TO GET A PUDGE AND HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM ALOT.

My due date is 2nd April 2009. My circulation is the worst. It takes me some time in the mornings to get rid of the shaky and sick feeling. During the day I also need to eat regularely, otherwise i start to feel shaky and sick quickly. I have no problem eating, but I can hardly drink at the moment, swallowing water makes me gulp already. Every evening I feel like my stomach is blown which makes me feel quite sick, but thanks goodness I don't have to vomit, yet. I have to go back to work full-time next week and have no idea how to cope with it.

Hello Ladies...I just found out yesterday that im preggo after trying for about 6 months. We are very excited. My 2 month old Goddaughter was acting really fussy with me so friend told me that I should take a pregnancy test because she never acts like that with me. I took 2 tests and they both came back negative. A week later I was cramping and my breasts were sore so I thought my cycle was coming but it never came. Then this week I started feeling really queesy so I decided to take another test and it came back positive. I guess there's some truth to the old wives tale that babies can sense when youre preggo!!!

It sucks!

Hi everyone! I'm relatively new but just wanted to give an update.. Last night at work i started bleeding a little, found this VERY distressing, becuz i haven't had ANY bleeding (not even from implantation) thus far, and we are just over 7 weeks along now. At 3:30am my husband and i went to the emergency room to get some answers, as we were both feeling very uncomfortable with the situation (first time parents so it's a little extra nerve wracking). They did a bunch of tests and an internal exam, everything checked out good, my cervix is still closed (very good sign). They also tried to do a quick ultrasound right in the ER, but the machine wasn't quite powerful enough for my early pregnancy. We were sent for another ultrasound at 10am and got the results at about noon, while we waited. The baby is fine, heart is beating great and FAST!! also our little tictac is in the perfect spot and growing nicely (they placed baby at 7 weeks, which is perfect). So.. Summary... I'm on bed rest for the next few days, until the bleeding stops (keeping a very very close eye on it) and i have to follow up with my Dr. and have another ultrasound in 2 weeks to make sure everything is still ok. *sigh of relief... kinda* I'm still a little worried, but trying not to be as that will affect the baby also. That's so scary I'm alittle over 6 weeks and my doc told me that I could possibly have some light bleeding and it scared me. But he did say that it's a kinda normal thing to happen. But still scary, good luck to you and your family!

another update guys.... i woke up at 2am this morning with heavy bleeding and passed a huge clot... very very scarry. We rushed to the hospital, I got sick in the waiting room but they really rushed us in quickly. They warned me that there was little chance i was still preggers becuz of the clot (i lost it when she asked "did you see any 'tissue' in the clot....) Upon examination - my cervix is still closed so there's a chance the baby is ok and everything is intact, but it increases my chance of misscarriage exponentially. I'm trying to keep calm and not stress... but it's not working so well.... Its almost 6am now and we're waiting to hear from the early pregnancy clinic, we should have an appointment today - i'll keep you updated.

p.s. my husband is being amazing, he's having a rough time too, but holding it together for me... i <3 him sooo much
