Pregnancy Question

ok, so i was told that there is a class you take if your pregnant if you want but i was told it was for breathing or something well i dont know what it is but i wanted to know did anyone take some class while pregnant and if so where did you get the info for this

They have birthing classes you can take at the hospital.

It's a birthing class *or Lamaz* ask your OB about it and they'll give you more info on it.

Lamaze (sp) class...Yeah I was told it helps you concentrate on your breathing through contractions..different positions you can get it to make things comfy or to give birth..pretty much just helping you find ways to stay calm and have your baby...I didnt take these classes, but with my next one im going to

lamaze, it's for breathing. i took it, was a waste of time. the breastfeeding class however , was AWESOME!

r u talkin about lamaze? I've heard about them, but I never took them and both of my labors went just fine. The breathin comes natural.....Good luck tho!

lamaze is the most common, they also have hypnobirthing, which is what i am going to do
