Discharge TMI

Alright well, I have rank discharge the past week to where i have to change my panties 2-3 timesa day, and it has a really strong smell..It's not a raunchy smell just strong... I didnt even get discharge this bad while I was pregnant... And I don't know what is going on... Could this be a begining of a yeast infection, I've never had one before... so I don't know what I'm looking for.
Any Ideas?

could be yes..... or some bacterial infection... i think they have these little tests at walmart??

Some yes. I went to the doctor because it hurt to have a bowel movement.
likea stabbing pain in my pelvic area. And he said it was normal for at the time of being 1.5 months PP. But I don't know, i think it's something more and he didnt really look into it.
