Growth Spurt or teething?

Help me please! Kameryn has been sleeping like crazy. She is only awake an hour tops between naps. Been like that all day today. And she's been really fussy too? Chewing on her fingers as usual. Gave her a little tylenol for a slight fever and tried teething rings. Nothing is working....She 4 months 2 weeks old...could this be a growth spurt or teething? Any adivice wold be awesome!

Babies love to get it all out of the way lol
My son just finished a growth spurt and is trying to cut 3 teeth.
You're doing good!! Keep your cool and that tylenol handyand you'll get through it!!
