I'm having cramping but with no tighting of the UT so I know there not contractions, are contractions the only thing that can cause you to DIA? I'v recently started taking long walks at night! Might this be causing it!

hmmmm, i dunno. I have cramps alot at night and i have started dialating im a 2...u should call ur doc cuz it could be preterm labor

Cramping can be caused by a number of things, you can get them after sex, eating too much walking etc. I find that walking does cause them alot more though. It is normal, but if you are worried about it you can call your doctor. I have two kids and one on the way and I had cramps through out the entire pregnancy with all of them. My doctor told me that it is normal, you tend to get them alot worse later in the pregnancy. Good luck!

i went 2 the doc on thrusday and i'm not DIA, it wouldn't be preterm vuc i'm 37 weeks.
