how do you do the cutouts for those two frames, i can do basic cropping/cutting but how did you match the edges?

those where pre made frames and i just put them as a new layer over the photo, nd then erase the edges of the picture, what program do you use?

i use psp........im dunno about photo shop, but in psp theres an eraser

You use the eraser tool in PS. It's on the floating toolbar with all of your other tools. To do what she did, you would put your photo under the layer the frame. Make sure you are on the layer you want to erase (being the photo), and you would use your eraser tool and manually erase around the edges.

The easier way to use these frames (in my opinion), is to copy the image you will be using and to use the magic wand to select inside the actual frame picture and use the "paste into" function. This way you save time and don't have to mess with manual erasing.
