ring

posted 16th Aug
Well as of yesterday I had to take off my wedding ring. My hubby could barely get it off my swollen finger lol. I thought I'd have it on for at least another month considering I'm only 9weeks along. I guess I'm just puffing up faster than I thought.

I hate having it off though, I kept trying to convince him into re-sizing it, but he didn't want to have to do that like 4 times and then fix it back afterwards, which I understand I just feel weird lol.

Anyone else have to remove rings so early?

I've never swollen so mine fit fine - what about wearing it on a chain around your neck until you have the baby?

I had to take mine off wayyy back in May. DH got me a plain band to wear since my right hand is a bit bigger than my left; so I can always wear it. Lately he's concerned with where my wedding ring is (we're moving) and I constantly remind him that it's in the safe! I swear he's getting preggo brain too!

I had to take mine off 2 weeks ago

I put a cute band I had as a thumb ring on in place because it is still a little big so I have room to swell lol.

I miss my wedding rings!

I'm getting to the point where my rings are going to have to come off soon. I think I'm just going to put them on a chain around my neck.

I can barely force my rings off at this point. My fingers feel puffy but haven't really swollen that much and I'm glad. I really hope they don't get any fatter than this, I love my wedding rings and I look so young that without them dr's and nurses and techs give me dirty looks and treat me like crap cuz they think I'm just another preggo 16 yr old (when I am in fact a married 24 yr old).

And, I haven't even been married a year yet! I've JUST gotten used to wearing them.

I took mine off before they started to get to that point.I haven't worn them for months. I've just been wearing my larger right hand rings on my left hand or going without...it felt really weird at first, but so much more comfortable then the panic that sets in when the ring is cutting into your skin and you don't know if it will come off or not.

and yes, I have had a few people look at my naked left hand and you can almost see what they are thinking. Screw them! it's none of their business
but it's even funnier when my husband and I are out and you can clearly see he is wearing a ring and you KNOW people are thinking is that his wife..or is she his knocked up girlfriend! LMAO

I think I was like, 3 1/2 months when I had to take mine off! But they are on a chain around my neck everyday! That's what my sister had to do, too!
