It's hard to eat good, everything makes me feel naustious. I have been taking prenatal pills (ty heather) but still the food i used to love it soooo nasty to me know.

Try eating something made from potatoes until your morning sickness goes away, that helped for me. Once its gone, everything, even random things you've never eaten, will be appetizing again.

well, what everyone else says, "relax"!! believe me, youll want all the time to yourself that you can get because once the baby comes, there wont be much. And that goes for sleep too! I hope you have as good of a baby as we got, i got 12 full hours of sleep out of her by the time she was 2 months old! Take your vitamins (prenatals), go to all your doctors appointments, try not to take the advice that seemingly everyone gives you to heart, most of it is kinda kooky. (speaking about old ladies and the weird things they say...lol!) Eat as best as you can, but dont stress over it.
when it comes time for delivery, remember to BREATHE. I made the mistake of holding my breath too much and almost passed out! If you can, i would opt for an epidural, theyre SO nice!!! i thought i could go natural, but i couldnt. And its okay if you cant!.

Just remember that you can come on here and ask us anything at anytime. Theres always a bunch of mommies and mommies-to-be online, and all of us have been in your position before! There is no question too "gross", believe me, ive asked some WEIRD ones!! You can parent tank anyone who you like, or think youll ask a lot of questions of, so that you wont forget.

Welcome to the awesome world of mommyhood! its alot of hard work, but SOOOOOOO worth it!

I've been eating alot of potatoes. Mostly soup and potatoes, but i don't feel like it is very nutrtionous. I mean the soup. I'm mostly worried because i haven't gone to the dc yet. I have to wait until the 22nd. I can't wait to hear the heartbeat, and get the utlrasound.
