I'm sure this has been asked before and I did try by myself before posting and I did search gaga and all that so please help me!
I want to edit photos of Lilah and make them all cute.
Where should I go?? The main thing I want is where you keep one color in the pic and the rest is black and white.

I know you can go to photobucket, and imikimi.com to do the cute stuff, i am not sure if you can what you are asking though. i will look into it for you.
