I've always had the female equivalent of a "wet dream" somewhat regularly, but it seems like ever since the 2nd trimester, it happens practically every night during raunchy sex dreams (even after I have real sex with my husband!)

Just wondering if everyone cums in their sleep. I feel like a sex maniac these days.

i used to think i was going to pee so i would wake up but once in my child development class my teacher said you CAN have the bigO in your dreams i have and WILL!!! its pretty great and only happeneds once in a blue moon
