i had natural hair for a long time before and during my pregnancy, well i decided to relax it a few months ago and it didnt' take the first time. thats no usually for me having a natural for so long so i relaxed it again 2 weeks maybe shorter, anyway it didn't take again?!?!? so since then i've relaxed it 2 more times and my hair is still curly!! i remember with my daughter that the texture of my hair changed but i kept it natural the whole pregnancy. so has any of you relaxed ur hair and it did absoutley nothing for you? i'm wondering if its just me

I am Caucasian, but my hair didn't take the color I put in it and it bled out over the course of two months. lol There is a LITTLE bit of red in it now, but it's a completely different color than I chose for it. Pregnancy does some crazy stuff to hair!

Did you relax it yourself? Hair like yours needs to be seen by a stylist! You might wanna wait until after the baby comes.
I tried to go natural but in my 6th month it was not happening.

Well I'm pregnant now and I find that my hair is extra thick and I have to leave the perm on a lot longer than before I was pregnant. But I'm told that my hair will go back to my normal grade after I deliver. Maybe you should go to the salon, especially since you have had natural for so long.

I'm not african american so I can't EXACTLY help you....but I can say that after my daughter was born...my hair didn't color right. It would turn all shades except for the one I wanted LOL. Hormones change and hair changes :0/.....did you do it yourself or have a salon do it? Sorry your hair is being a pain....try an expert. I ended up paying 200 for a bad ass colorist to actually get it right....eventually my hair went back to normal.. GOOD LUCK!
