You can never go wrong with braids!
But if you want that hair relaxed, go see somebody. This is a delicate situation (you being pregnant and all) and you're lucky that it just didn't take. It could've fallen out completely! Go see somebody!

Not only is it expensive but most beauticians would refuse since you are pregnant. When I was in cosmetology school they did tell us not to do chemical procedures on anyone who is pregnant. Some colors are ok, like if you are going darker since they usually don't have the ammonia that bleaches do. Anyway if it didn't take before it won't take if you try again. It's a hormone thing. The same reason why colors don't always take hold or turn out funky. Also it make take a couple months after birth for your hair to become normal for you again.
p.s. Don't freak out if you lose a ton of hair after giving birth too. It's totally normal and can last up to 6 months PP.

Yeah, I've heard that the hair sheds after the baby is born. I hope not. My hair hasn't been in such good condition since I was little! I'm gonna keep taking these prenatal vitamins forever!

see and thats why i wanted to perm it and get it styled cause i can't do anything with it and i hate that. but its growing so fast the style i had after i took my braids out didn't last very long. so i think i'll just get the braids back.

Well I get my hair relaxed and it always takes. So I never been through that before. Maybe if you go to the salon and have them look at your hair. Well you are almost due now. So maybe afterthe baby is born then go get one done. Some people just cant do relaxers maybe you may be one of them.
