Quoting -Scooter-:“ Congrats! But his mom is having her wedding on the same day as your anniversary? Couldn't she have picked out a different date? Just wondering is all.”

Quoting Owens Mommy♥:“ I was gonna say the same thing... it's always gonna take away from ur anniversary. I'd be kinda... uhh...   ... yeah.”

Quoting dea:“ His mom didn't know. She called us and told us what day she picked and we laughed and said "thats our ... [snip!] ... family has that anniversary. [But its one of his relatives I havn't met yet] I guess its just a good day to get married lol”

Quoting dea:“ We've been married a year!!! Later we are going to his moms wedding [lol] so we aren't doing anything ... [snip!] ... cant afford, right now, for him to buy me anything. I told him dinner and a movie was more than enough. He's such a sweetie :]” Congratulations! For some reason alot of guys (my hubby included) think they need to give us something material to show us their love. But most of us just want to have a great time with the one we love. This last year we just went to Chipotle (mmmmmm) and then to see a friend's band play. And I couldn't have been happier!
