Bleeding in 4 weeks post delivery

Yesterday I saw I was bleeding like I had started my period again. But it's only been 4 weeks since I've had my baby. Till now I was bleeding very little and randomly. I'm freaking out. Will it affect my breastfeeding? I already have sore nipples. Will it get worse?
