re: Any tips?

Definitely try swaddling. It was a life saver with my son. Also, she apparently has her days and nights mixed up...so remember a few things to help her with that...

When she wakes up during the day, greet her enthusiastically. Be loud, bouncy, happy, whatever you want to call it. Stimulate her as much as you can (safely) and make sure she's exposed to a lot of light. At night, do the exact opposite. Even if she's not sleeping, but you're trying to get her to, don't look her in the eyes, do your absolute best not to talk, try to be stimulating as little as possible. So if you can just pat her back instead of hold her, do that. If you can just stand next to her but not touch her, do that. I promise this works. You just have to be really good about it. Make sure others are good about it too. Also, find out how she sleeps best. After the NICU, my daughter liked the light and noise. She has slept with a picture light (makes the sound of the ocean) since the day she came home. My son however, prefers complete silence and darkness. (Even though he was a NICU baby too). Good luck!

BioGaia Probiotic drops

BioGaia Probiotic drops are a simple, safe and convenient way to improve digestive health and function. Since they can be added to food or drink, or given on a spoon, they are perfect to give to infants and small children.
Clinical studies have shown that five drops a day (equal to the recommended daily dose of 100 million active L. reuteri bacteria) improves gut function and helps reduce the incidence of diarrhoea, gastrointestinal infections and other gut problems. Studies have also shown that L. reuteri greatly reduces colic in infants.

I have been using them on my daughter and she actually slept for almost 7 hours last night because her upset tummy isnt keeping her up anymore. They are expensive (I payed about $30) but worth it to be able to sleep.
