What about getting those little round tabs of velcrow that have a side for each surface? One on the wall, the other on the letter? It shouldn't damage the paint too much when you take them off. Or when you grow out of seeing his name up there you could attatch something else to the velcrow. Just an idea  

oooh u know what? i just bought one of those dry board easels, and it came with magnets to hang on the fridge or some double sided like 3m tape for the wall, im sure i can use that?????????
the letters are not heavy at all, i hope that works?

ha ha yea thats a good idea too, i have some of those, but they may be more of a hassle, ill keep that in mind though, im sooo excited, im gonna be artsy and paint her letters lol....

did u use elmers glue or super glue?

With those 3M command strips, they actually have some for hanging up pictures and stuff that is like velcro. You put one piece on the wall and the other one on the back of the letters. When you want to take them down, all you have to do is pull them off and it doesn't damage the wall or the paint.

They sell them at Walmart (in the section with the tools/ glue) or Lowes (in the home decor section with the cleaning stuff)
