is anyone married or knows a car mechanic

hey guys i know it's totally off topic but help does anyone know a mechanic my car is acting up and i need to know how to fix it for cheap!!!!!!

ok i have a 2003 chevy cavalier and a bolt or washer fel from my steering column and now the hole thing is moving around and i need to know how to fix it .. please

.. he's kinda crabby but that's all he could say about that sorry.. he thinks anywhere you would go it wouldn't cost t0o much

ok i can fix it if he would be nice and not crabby enough to tell me how to lol i usually only fix motorcycles
