Avice please!!!

i dont know if its just all in my head and im letting myself think hes going to come..but i feel soo weird. Like all day today i have been dizzy, fainty, anxious, sooooo tired and sluggish, and im starting to get a fever. Ive had diareah for the past few days...eww i know. Buti read in my lamaze book that these are signs of oncoming labor? I need advice!!! PLEASE..some assurance?
