someone please tell me if u went through this

in the after noon my heart felt like it was in my throat...its was beating fast and really hard that it was makin my body shake. i tryed to take a nap and it went a way a little and now its bak ....but i feel weak now too...i dunno what it is and what i can do to make it go away.....felt like i ran a marathon....anyone ever go through this??

you are probablly dehydrated. i used to do that all the time before i started shoving water down.

i had that...but I also have anxiety, so it was sorta like mini panic attacks.
If you're having heart palpitations my doctor said they are pretty normal in pregnant women. It has something to do with increased blood flow

To me it sounds like low sugars, when is the last time you had anything to eat? Try to drink some juice.

i just ate like a half hour ago....today i was really busy so i really didnt get good meals in so that could be it.
