I had no idea her twins were actually conjoined. I thought that was just her SN. well congrats to her on her delivery and she is in my family's prayers that they figure whatever they need to out for the twins.

According to the artical it was an emergency c-section after an ultrasound showed VERY low placenta and large bladders.
