Vent-Weird doctor appt..??

I had my first doc appt. on Tuesdaysince we have started TTC. (We have been TTC for 7 months now)...so I was excited to go and see if he could give me any useful information. Well I was even more confused when I left out of there!!
I told him that I am late this month(now 6 days) but I did take an HPT on Monday and it was negative. So..he acted as if my cycles may still be messed up and unpredictable. So he went on to do the regular pap smear and then when he did the internal exam he thought he felt a cyst on my right side...so the nurse brings in the ultrasound machine and he looks at my cervix etc. The whole time he says everything looks great and he doesnt know what he felt because he could not see a cyst. But, when he was on my right side I felt alot of pressure. So I then asked him...well does it look like I am getting ready to start my period..he said no actually it doesnt but it looks like your "cervix is being pulled ot the right for some reason.
So after the u/s he says that he wants to see my back in 6 weeks and we might talk about Clomid..but that I may still have a chace this month to be PG. So...needless to say I am totally confused. I am going to POAS in the next couple days just to make sure. Any advice? Does this mean my cervix is tilted? Why hasnt he seen this before?? I thought of all these questions when I left there and started googling.
